Send Your Kids on a Bronx Zoo Safari
Sign up for Summer Camp

©Joe McNally

Space is still available—but filling up fast—for the Bronx Zoo’s annual summer camp programs. Each program is an action packed, five-day adventure, chock-full of new activities. Best of all, campers can look forward to being among the first to visit the Zoo’s newest exhibit, Madagascar!

In Pablo Python Looks at Animals, children ages 5 to 7  learn to become keen observers of nature as they visit a striped okapi, a red river hog, and a gorilla with a silver back in the Congo Gorilla Forest; test their burrowing skills at the Children’s Zoo; and meet an expert burrower, a ferret, as well as other live animals up close.

At our Animal Kingdom Camp, kids ages 8 to 12 explore different habitats and discover rare animals from the African Plains to Madagascar; meet mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians up close each day; and learn ways to protect wildlife.
