When will I receive my digital certificate?
Certificates will be emailed the morning of February 14.
When is the last day to place an order so I get my package in time for Valentine’s Day?
Orders must be placed by February 6, 2026, to have them in time for Valentine’s Day. The Wildlife Conservation Society is committed to getting your order to you in a timely fashion however, there may be shipping delays beyond our control. If you need more information, feel free to email us at namearoach@wcs.org and be sure to include your order number, the purchasers name and the email used to place the order.
What’s included in the Mystery Box?
Mystery box contains two randomly selected roach-themed products. There are five possible product options. Items are packed randomly in advance and gifts cannot be requested or specifically selected. Mystery box items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Will there be any identifying information on the package that will give away the surprise?
We do include a Name A Roach sticker on the outside of the package.

Why did the digital certificate not get sent to the recipient?
Be sure the recipient checks their spam or junk folder. Recipients who may have unsubscribed from receiving emails from WCS will not receive their digital certificate. Please contact us at namearoach@wcs.org and be sure to include your order number, the purchasers name and the email used to place the order.
I want to purchase an item that is now out of stock, will they become available again?
Unfortunately due the popularity of our program, we have limited quantities of each item. Once an item is sold out, we will be unable to re-stock that item.
My order went through, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
If the charge was fully processed and you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate the message, please contact us via email at namearoach@wcs.org and be sure to include your order number, the purchasers name and the email used to place the order.
When are the Roach Virtual Wild Encounters?
There are five encounter dates to choose from when you purchase your gift, each session is approximately 15 minutes:
- Friday, February 13 at 4pm EST
- Saturday, February 14 at 10am EST
- Saturday, February 14 at 4:30pm EST
- Sunday, February 15 at 10am EST
- Sunday, February 15 at 4pm EST
The Roach Virtual Wild Encounter reservation is for 1 login and will be sent to the gift recipient at the address and email address provided. All reservations are final, and availability is based on capacity. No changes or alternate schedules.
Login details will be included in the information card received with your package (if the order was placed before the shipping deadline of February 6), and in an email that will go out on February 12. If you do not receive the email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find the information, please contact vipexperiences@wcs.org and include “Roach Virtual Wild Encounter Login Information Needed” in the subject line.
I’m having trouble finding my Roach Virtual Wild Encounter Login information.
For orders received by February 6, you will receive a Virtual Wild Encounter information card in your package that includes details for logging in to your session AND an email with login details will also be sent on February 12. If it’s after February 12 and you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t locate the information, or have any questions about your encounter, please reach out to vipexperiences@wcs.org with subject “Roach Encounter”
Can I change the session I chose for the Roach Virtual Wild Encounter?
Due to limited resources, we are unable to process changes to a completed order. Thank you for your understanding.
