Dancing Crane Café
Open daily from 10:00 a.m. - park close
Breakfast served 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Lunch served 11:00 a.m. - park close
This 17,500 square foot Restaurant area overlooks a natural marsh with colorful Flamingos and is conveniently located near Zoo Center and the Bronx Zoo store. It has the largest variety of menu items to choose from in the park. There is also a walk-up window available during peak attendance times.
Terrace Café
Conveniently located near Children's Zoo.
Open seasonally (April-October), dependent on weather and attendance.
Offers plenty of outdoor seating.
Asia Restaurant
Located in Asia Plaza with outdoor seating.

African Market
Located in Africa Plaza with outdoor seating.

*Let the Bronx Zoo's Restaurant Department cater your picnic or cocktail reception with a variety of options to choose from or you can bring in an outside caterer. All events include a site fee as well as a service charge to cover expenses incurred by your gathering. These charges vary with the nature of the event and the number of guests. Some of the areas are used for Education classes and available dates are limited. Tours, special after-hours animal viewing, and more are available to enhance your guest's experience.
