“Don’t be afraid to work outside your comfort zone or to fail.”

Nichole is the supervisor of animals at WCS’s Prospect Park Zoo, overseeing the care of the animals and the people who care for them. She does everything from payroll and writing animal care protocols, to managing reptile breeding programs. She also works with the larger zoo community to share successes and inspire others in the field to conserve and learn about wildlife.
