All sales are final. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Confirmation email and PDF certificate are sent to the purchaser. Certificates must be redeemed by advance reservation. Program availability is limited, and we recommend gift recipient plans at least 3-4 weeks in advance of possible program dates. All standard program policies/rules apply, including age restrictions and chaperone requirements. Expires 1 year from date of purchase.

In-Person Gift Certificates do not include park admission and all guests must have a timed ticket reservation for one-day ticket or Member ticket reservation in order to enter the Bronx Zoo. To gift a Private Giraffe Connection or Private Rhino Connection please contact us via email.
