This is your chance to get up-close with some of the most amazing animals our Wild Encounter Keepers have the pleasure to work with. Our animal guest lineup is always a surprise, but our all-star species include warthog, kangaroo, emu, and pelican, plus many more. Join us to meet your favorites or become a fan of someone new!
- Meet three of our popular ambassador animals and talk with members of our keeper team.
- PER-PERSON TICKETED PROGRAM: All participants must have a ticket to this Encounter. All participants must be age 5 and over.
- CHAPERONE REQUIRED: Children age 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult (18+) with a ticker for this Encounter. For Children under 12, no more than 4 children to 1 adult. All participants must be age 5 and over.
- Total program duration 45 min (half hour at Wildlife Ambassador Center)
- We cannot guarantee which animals you will meet during this encounter. Selection is at the keeper’s discretion and is always subject to change.
- ACCESSIBILITY: Contact us in advance if someone in your reservation needs assistance or accommodations for accessibility, so we can help provide the best Wild Encounters experience. For guests with sensory sensitivities: Guests are required to stay seated once in the encounter location. This experience may include observation of free-roaming and/or flighted animals. For guests with mobility concerns: there is a 15-minute walk to the program location – a vehicle may be available for transport with notice given, at least 2 days prior to vipexperiences@wcs.org.
