Membership Plans
WCS parks provide a safe and fun place for families to enjoy! To help manage daily visitor demand, ticket buyers must reserve a date/time-specific ticket in advance. WCS Members do not need a reservation for regular daytime admission, but advance reservations are required for Member-only events and other ticketed programs. All tickets and Member admissions are single-entry only, re-entry is not permitted. Please note that policies are subject to change. Always check the Know Before You Go pages for the most current information prior to visiting our parks. Access to our parks during operating hours may change due to special event programming such as Holiday Lights and other scheduled park events.
Memberships are non-transferable; multiple households may not be combined on one membership. All members must present a printed PDF, digital, or physical membership card (purchased separately), along with a valid photo ID, at all entry locations. Please note that unnamed guest(s) and children must be accompanied by a named adult listed on the card. Access to the NY Aquarium, Bronx Zoo Star Attractions and parking at the Bronx Zoo and NY Aquarium is based on the membership level. Onsite parking at the Bronx Zoo and NY Aquarium is available on a first come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.
Conservation-level members can reserve free tickets to Holiday Lights during operating event dates, based on availability. Member pricing for Holiday Lights is available for all other membership levels and must be purchased in advance via the member portal. Member pricing is only available for the individuals covered by the membership. Limited Zoos, Zoos PLUS, and Land & Sea Members (excluding IDNYC and Aquarium-only memberships) can reserve free tickets for Member Preview Nights only and must do so in advance via the Member Portal. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid membership card and photo ID are required for entry.
20% discount on day-time admission tickets for additional guests not covered under the membership and visiting with you, must be purchased in advance through the Member Portal or by calling Member Services at 718-220-5112 from 9 AM to 5 PM daily. Discounted tickets are based on availability and are timed and date specific. Please note, a named member must be present with the ticket holder using the discounted ticket(s), at the time of entry.
