WCS Memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Memberships are not transferable and may not be shared by more than one household. All adults named on the card, and the number of children covered (under 18) must reside in the same household. Memberships are only valid for the individuals named on the card. Children under the age of 18 cannot be named on a WCS membership. Discounted tickets for additional guest(s) not covered on your membership but visiting with you can be purchased for 20% off current admission fees via the member portal or calling Member Services at 718-220-5112 from 9 AM to 5 PM daily. Membership prices and benefits are subject to change at any time.

WCS parks provide a safe and fun place for families to enjoy! To help manage daily visitor demand, ticket buyers must reserve a date/time-specific ticket in advance. WCS Members do not need a reservation for regular daytime admission, but advance reservations are required for Member-only events and other ticketed programs. All tickets and Member admissions are single-entry only, re-entry is not permitted. Please note that policies are subject to change. Access to the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, Queens Zoo and the NY Aquarium are based on your membership level. Access to Bronx Zoo Star attractions are available to Zoo PLUS, Land and Sea, & Conservation level Memberships only. Bronx Zoo Star Attractions include – Bug Carousel, Butterfly Garden, Children’s Zoo, Congo Gorilla Forrest, JungleWorld, Nature Trek, Wild Asia Monorail and Zoo Shuttle. Some attractions are seasonal, and availability is also subject to weather, capacity, maintenance and other unforeseen conditions. Star Attractions do not include Budgie Landing, temporary exhibits/attractions and special event programs. WCS Special events or promotional attractions may be subject to restricted access and/or additional fees.

Onsite parking benefits are based on your Membership Level. Parking is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. Members must show and/or scan a printed PDF, digital, or physical membership card (purchased separately), along with a valid photo ID at the time of entry in order to use their parking benefits. Please note, parking benefits are only valid for one (1) car per membership, per day. Duration based parking in effect at the NY Aquarium. Additional fees may apply. We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. WCS staff, guests, and the animals in our care deserve an environment free from abusive or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, escort from park grounds, and/or revoke without a refund the Membership of, any individual or group who endangers our animals, staff, vendors, guests, or any WCS property; or who engages in verbal or physical harassment, discriminatory or threatening behavior, or otherwise interferes with the safety or enjoyment of the park by others. This Guest Conduct Policy also applies to written and verbal correspondence. WCS reserves the right to terminate communication with any individual who engages in verbal harassment, profanity, discriminatory or threatening behavior, whether by phone, email or other means of communication.
