Jr. Scientists
- Grades: K-5th
- Time: 60 minutes
- Fee: $200 / $150 Early Bird
WCS scientists and zookeepers use observations to help answer questions and so can you! Your "junior scientists" will develop their observation and question-forming skills through an up close meeting with an animal in a zoo classroom. They will then venture into the zoo with field journals to practice making observations, asking questions, and developing a hypothesis. This program is a great way to introduce the scientific process in preparation for a science fair!
