Penguin Peepers
On the season five finale of THE ZOO, we meet little blue penguin Jaffa. When keepers notice his behavior is off, a veterinary ophthalmologist confirms Jaffa has a cataract. Once the cataract is removed, Jaffa is reunited with the colony. You can see the Bronx Zoo’s colony of little penguins at the Aquatic Bird House.
