Mentoring Overview
The Mentoring Overview module features a number of self-reflection activities which encourage mentors to think about what mentoring looks like and what makes a mentor or mentee effective. There is also a short series of activities in which mentors create and revise their own mentoring philosophy statements. Lastly, the module includes one of the most important activities in this toolkit: a weekly reflection activity in which mentors check in on challenges and collectively generate solutions.
