Qualification Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds
- Ability to work well within a team dynamic
- Ability to work at a fast pace and coordinate multiple projects while assisting the catering events and culinary team in the set-up for all events according to the customizations specified on the Banquet Event Order
- Minimum 18 years of age required for certain positions
- NYC BOH Food Handlers Certificate Required for certain positions
