Schedule varies and is dependent on weather and guest attendance; schedule subject to change through the spring and summer.

Supervise & train prep cooks and kitchen porters to assure standards are being met.
Keep management informed of food quantities and quality in prep, on the line and in holding cabinets.This includes responsibility of filling out all time/temperature logs.
Ensure the proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds
Ability to work well within a team dynamic
Ability to work at a fast pace and coordinate multiple projects while assisting the catering events and culinary team in the set-up for all events according to the customizations specified on the Banquet Event Order
Minimum 18 years of age required for certain positions
NYC BOH Food Handlers Certificate Required for certain positions
