A mom's job isn't easy. But this Mother's Day, you might want to remind yours that, no matter how much trouble you caused as a kid, it could have been worse. If you need help proving it, look no further than the animal kingdom. We've created a few Mother's Day cards below to share with your mom to help. Plus, a roundup of the best new moms at the zoo for you to come visit. See you soon!


Look who's new

We've rounded up some photos and video below of the newest additions to the zoo below, but you're going to want to see them in person. Just in time for Mother's Day, there are six new American bison calves to watch run around exhibit. Or visit the four Père David's deer fawns running around together on exhibit. Stop by Madagscar! to see some lemur youngsters sticking close to mom. And keep your eyes peeled for the Kihansi spray toadlets - even smaller than their already tiny parents.


Mother's Day Breakfast at JungleWorld

Start Mother's Day off the best way, with breakfast in JungleWorld! On this special day dedicated to motherhood, enjoy a light breakfast, have an up-close encounter with a rainforest animal, and help solve a jungle mystery.

The morning will be complete with a tour on the Wild Asia monorail where families can catch a glimpse of rare and endangered wildlife including elephants, tigers, and the Mongolian Przwalski's horse.

Ages: All ages
Fee: $60-$65/ticket is for one adult and one child
