Zoo & Aquarium Visitors
We conduct visitor research to understand our audience’s backgrounds, their motivation for visiting, and the impact of zoo and aquarium visits on perceptions of wildlife and nature. Our projects are wide-ranging and include exhibit evaluation, observational studies, special event evaluation, and general audience research. We also conduct research on how zoos and aquariums can leverage their positive public image and educational strategies to strengthen visitors’ science identity and increase their curiosity about animals.
