About This Encounter
- All participants MUST be age 12 and over. Children age 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult (18+). For Children under 14, no more than 4 children to 1 adult.
- MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS TO ATTEND THIS PROGRAM. For the health and safety of our animals, masks are require to participate in this program. There are no exceptions to this policy. Guests who do not comply will forfeit their reservation without refund.
- Per-Person Ticketed Program: This program is indoors. We are limiting the number of program participants to less than 75% capacity. Non-socially distanced seating.
- Total program duration - 45 min (half hour at Wildlife Ambassador Center)
- Learn about our animals and how we care for them from the experts.
- Program length includes travel time to walk from check-in to encounter venue location.
- Handheld cameras permitted, but must be silent (no shutter sound), and no long lenses.
* This ticket is for the program ONLY and does not serve as admission into the zoo. Must have a valid WCS Membership or separate admission ticket (any type) in order to enter the Bronx Zoo. Tickets or Membership can be purchased in advance online, or upon arrival at zoo entrance.
