It’sWe recognize there is a little less to see in the Winter Season, and our ticket prices are lower November to March. While seasonal attractions are closed – including Children’s Zoo, Monorail, Butterfly Garden, Zoo Shuttle and Budgie Landing – there’s still lots to see and do! Dress in layers so you can enjoy exploring cold-weather outdoor animals as well as many heated indoor exhibits.

All Members must reserve a date-specific ticket in order to visit. Your membership number is required to make a reservation.
You can arrive at the zoo within one hour of the entry time you select. For example, a 10:00am time spot means you must enter between 10:00 and 11:00am. Once you're here, stay as long as you would like.
Last entry to the zoo is 45 min prior to park closing. Animal exhibits close 30 min prior to park closing. Due to state mandated capacity restrictions, exhibit lines may close earlier if there is a wait time of 30 min or more. Bug Carousel and Nature Trek are open until park closing.

Parking at the Bronx Zoo can fill to capacity on peak attendance days. Whenever possible, we recommend alternate modes of travel, such as mass transit or car service. Review parking directions and information about possible alternative parking in the area so you are prepared in case of lot closure.

*Stroller parking is required at some exhibits and attractions. Please self-park your stroller when instructed and take your belongings with you. Stroller and contents left at your own risk.
