Voucher Redemption
Thank you for your interest in visiting The Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo or New York Aquarium. Vouchers & Passes purchased through third party resellers must secure a date-specific ticket in advance. To redeem your voucher or attraction pass for a date specific ticket, please complete the form below.
- All redemption requests are subject to availability and capacity restrictions.
- For voucher bookings: Once booked, an email with your tickets will be sent to the email address provided.
- For pass bookings: Once booked, an email confirming your request will be sent to the email address provided. Admission tickets are emailed the morning of your visit, after the pass has been validated.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and review your ticket order for errors upon receipt.
