WCS parks provide families with a safe recreational space to enjoy! Please note that policies are subject to change. Always check the Know Before You Go page on our website for the most up to date information. You can use our Member portal to make your reservation.
Members do not require a reservation or ticket for regular daytime visits.
Members must present a valid digital or purchased physical membership card, as well as a photo ID at entry.

Please note that tickets will still be required for paid attractions, including Budgie Landing at the Bronx Zoo and the 4-D Theater at the Central Park Zoo, as well as for special events such as Holiday Lights (including Member Preview nights) and Conservation Mornings. Discounted tickets for paid attractions, friends and family, and special events are available through the Member Portal.

If you have additional questions or need assistance, please contact Member Services at 718-220-5112 from 9am-5pm daily or via email at membership@wcs.org. We ask that you please be specific in your subject line to help us prioritize your message (for example – Need my Member ID, Renewal Issue, Member Ticket Order Cancellation, etc). For urgent requests, we suggest calling instead of email.
