  • All booking requests are subject to availability and capacity restrictions.
  • Once booked, an email with your confirmation number will be sent to the email address provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
  • Review your invoice for errors upon receipt and contact Group Sales immediately with any corrections.
  • All Bronx Zoo reservations are booked for an all-inclusive experience, which grant access to Star Attractions, unless otherwise specified.
  • Revisions and cancellation requests may be subject to administrative fees.
